Quality control
All products from Kunststof-Kemi undergo continuous quality control to ensure high and consistent quality throughout production. All productions are controlled based on internally set specifications and/or special customer requirements. Special analyses such as ash content, UV stabilizer content, density, etc. can be performed on request.
Ultra batch inspection
Dispersion, color, and color strength are tested for all Ultrabatch productions. Color strength is tested in tint, while dispersion is evaluated in foil and under microscope.
All fiber grade products undergo a filter test performed in accordance with internal specifications.
