Quality control
All Kunststof-Kemi products undergo continuous quality control to ensure high and consistent quality throughout production. All productions are checked against internal specifications and/or special customer requirements. Special analyses such as ash content, UV stabiliser content, density etc. can be performed on request.
Ultrabatch inspection
Dispersion, colour, and tinting strength are tested for all Ultrabatch productions. Colour strength is tested in tint, while dispersion is evaluated in film and under the microscope.
All fibre grade products undergo a filter test, which is carried out in accordance with internal specifications.
